Definitely an interesting conversation to be having right now as companies are chasing the money pretty heavily, as if everyone senses that this is the “last gold rush”. Everyone — public and private — is throwing in the biggest compensation packages I have ever seen right now to attract talent, which feels more and more like an episode of Punk’d since we’re all chasing this mythical thing out there…somewhere.
