My first panic attack

I been dealing with bipolar disorder for around 2 months and recently I had my first panic attack.

21.50: Went to bed. fall asleep.
22.50: Got a message.
2.48:
Read the message.
2.50:
PANIC ATTACK!
my heart beats really fast, I feel so cold, my body is trembling and shaking, nauseous, my mind tells me I’m going to die but immediately remember I’m not.
3.08: Panic attacks ends.

What’s next?

Don’t be afraid, because probably it will happen again, the best thing you can do is learn and read all you can about anxiety, mental illness and panic attacks… this will prepare you.

There is no problem you can have that someone hasn’t already solved and wrote about it in a book. — Will Smith
