What Is Going On With Retail?

Retail locations are definitely in for a rough time for commodity products. I’ll rarely buy clothes online (I want to know they fit well before purchasing). Nor can I do groceries online. Finally, sometimes you need some hardware immediately without waiting for delivery.

But for most other commodity items, I don’t see how a retail presence can compete with the ease/variety/price/comparison/crowdsourced reviews of their online competitors.
