Review: I am an IT Software Development Manager by profession. I purchased this book along with a few others to get into the AWS realm. This has got to buy far be one of the most poorly written books I have purchased. Grammar is terrible, numerous spelling mistakes, sentences are poorly framed/constructed, to make it almost unintelligible. I tried to wade my way through the first few pages, but could not get past the constant assault on my intellect. I looked on the book to see who authored it and it was even missing the author’s name. It seems to be written by a 4th grader, for 4th graders. I’m quite frankly surprised this passed Amazon’s QC checks.

Review: If you are a business owner, or if you have been curious about this, then this book is for you. I found an exception guidebook from Amazon. If you are ready to change the infrastructure of your business to a more streamlined endeavor, then you are in the right place. AWS, in essence, is one of the many cloud computing services and products that are out there. It allows for services to store, network, remotely compute, email, develop mobile apps, and security. You will find many informative ideas from this book. Thanks!

Review: I bought this book to read ahead of a more in-depth AWS guide. The book gives a good overview of each of the AWS services. The book is a quick read.With that being said, this book appears to have been written by someone who uses English as a second language. There’s no problem with that. However, the publisher did a great disservice to the author by not editing the book prior to publishing. The book is riddled with grammar and syntax issues that make many portions of the book difficult to understand, painful to read, and obscures the points that I believe the author was trying to convey. On top of all of that, the book is riddled with spelling and formatting issues.If this book were reviewed and revised by a competent editor, it would be a good, quick primer to AWS.

Review: My apologies to the author but this book appears to have been written by a high school freshman. It’s essentially super hard to read, from the overuse of commas, and under utilization of actual phrases. I mean, if you want a super fast essentially worthless book, then spend $10. I’m sure the author can essentially use all of that money to get some fast food that’s super easy to eat. The only thing worse than the writing is the editing. You could have written this in MS Word and just taken all of the automatically suggested corrections and done better than this…..essentially.For realzies, purchase a different book.Note: the use of the word ‘super’ and ‘essentially’ in this review are to pay homage to the author. :)

The authors name is nowhere to be found on the book, so I had to come back to my order to even know if it was one person or just something googled and copied. I’m returning it for my money back.

I would understand if it was $0.99 but for anything more than that it is a straight rip-off. You’re honestly better off getting a For Dummies book.
