G CASH — Cash in via Online Bank

Step 1

• Log in to Gcash app using your MPIN or using biometrics.

Step 2

• Tap “Cash in”

Step 3

• Tap and select online banking linked to your account.

Step 4

• Enter the amount you need to cash-in.

Step 5

• Click confirm if amount is correct.

Step 6

• Click Send code.

• A 6-digit code will be sent to your contact number for authentication.

Step 7

• Key-in the code you received on your contact number. Then tap “Submit”.

Step 8

• A confirmation will be showed on your screen and a message with the reference number will be sent to your mobile number.
• Tap OK.

• Your new balance will be showed on your screen.
