I also use the fitbit charge 2 to track my sleeping cycles and alarm clock. Now that I have a lot of data collected from it, it is clear how much time my body needs to sleep (7 h).

I didn’t mentioned in the post or video but I think the fitbit is one of the best tools for us to track and collect data about our sleep and therefore make changes to it.
