I could live off of FILTER’s unfortunately-named Hipster Hash. Whatever. I am a sucker for any marriage of eggs and potatoes. They also have badass pie here–we should go have a work party at FILTER one of these days.

I totally dig this project and think it’s a sharp way to introduce places to newbies (like me) and offer fresh information to more seasoned Chicagoans. I have to ask–was there anything about this café that you didn’t like? Or, maybe something you would change or critique?
