Calling all Scoundrels! The Rapscallions are here!

Rapscallion: noun. A person who causes trouble. Rascal, Scoundrel, Scalawag.

If you haven’t heard the term in a while, that’s what it means. The Rapscallions, known simply as Raps, are about to launch into the NFT world — and what better way to represent a mischievous group of scoundrels than with super cool rats.

If you’re looking to join the Raps, you’re in luck because they are actively recruiting members to join them in the inevitable battle against the mysterious rival Axe Gang. The Initiative starts the 24th, when you will get the opportunity to mint one of the 10,150 unique Raps at https://www.therapsnft.com/. Who are the Axe Gang? We don’t much about them yet, just that the Raps could use your help.

There are details in the Roadmap that feature a Battle System, and the ability to use your Raps to battle rival gangs (hopefully that pesky Axe Gang!) The gameplay is being implemented into a future project and more details will be unveiled shortly after the launch. The concept of battling other NFT projects within the same battleground is super exciting and sure to be trendsetting.

Another popular concept within these types of projects is the idea of breeding, or combining multiple NFTs into one, and Raps is putting their own spin on that feature. In order to use the Incubation Center, the user must breed a Male and Female Rap, which creates a unique gender breeding experience. Once the “Parents” are put into the Incubation Center, the result will be a brand new “Offspring” sporting the traits of their Raps heir. And if the new Rap is lucky, possibly some even rarer traits.

So, gather your fellow Rogues. Rally your most trusted, and untrusted, Miscreants. Mint your Rap and take down the Axe Gang!
