I guess I’m a liar too. Lying to myself. I’ve used Aloe Vera lotions many many times when sunburnt. It soothes. It works. I really don’t know what this article is on about. Perhaps except to say that some lotions claiming to be Aloe Vera based are adulterated to the point they’re not, but that is a different thing altogether.
