The section on Refugees and Asylum isn’t accurate. The EU’s laws vary from country to country, but have an overarching structure in the Dublin Treaty.

If someone seeking asylum makes it here, they have a right to apply for asylum and have their case heard. If they are turned down they can be sent home.

But while the case is being heard they have a right to stay. That’s how it works.

Americans are usually somewhat ill informed about Europe, which while understandable is embarrassing for those of us over here. Do not embarrass your country Austin. Be accurate.
