In his book, “The Carnivore Diet,” Shawn Baker argues convincingly for the merits of a meat-only diet. With a long history of struggling with my weight and general health, I found Baker’s claims fascinating and decided to give the Carnivore Diet a try. After such a short time, I felt a marked improvement in my vitality, clarity of mind, and overall health.

One of the things I liked best about this book was Baker’s method, which is meticulous and well-researched. He presents an in-depth analysis of the data in favor of the Carnivore Diet and explains how our bodies are evolved to thrive on a diet rich in animal products.

By avoiding plant-based foods, we can reduce inflammation, improve gut health, and increase nutrient absorption.
