Hidden Heddon Espresso Martini

Robert Scherzer Martini Drink

INGREDIENTS

• 35ml Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum
• 30ml salted caramel liqueur
• 1 espresso
• Cubed ice

METHOD

1. Make the espresso and allow to cool completely
2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
3. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice and close the shaker
4. Shake vigorously — the more you shake the more foamy the top of the cocktail will be
5. Strain into a coupette glass
6. Enjoy!
