Hidden Heddon Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Bacardi Oakheart spiced rum
- 30ml salted caramel liqueur
- 1 espresso
- Cubed ice
METHOD
- Make the espresso and allow to cool completely
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Pour all of the ingredients over the ice and close the shaker
- Shake vigorously — the more you shake the more foamy the top of the cocktail will be
- Strain into a coupette glass
- Enjoy!
