Hi thanks for a great article especially listing all the benefits of journaling (I am handing this out to all my friends and family!). In my own journal practice I record my meditations and experiences of healing and I notice my content has changed over the past few years — it started out trying to make sense of what was happening in my life whereas nowadays it seems to be more focused on intentions, gratitudes and celebrations of little successes, of life generally.
