Is true if network delay is involved, in this case it can take some time to load image with Picaso, we could see a blank page for a while?

I think it might happen because as you wrote everything has to be INVISIBLE on Activity B at initial state and only then Picaso completely loads an image, which is non UI blocking thread, you start the animation.

UPDATE: Nevermind. Forgot to set destination activity to be transparent.
