How about an exercise regime where you do drop sets of both. ie doing Dumbbell Bench Press with that 70–90% for 8–12 and then dropping to that 30–50% weight for 20–25 reps? Would that yield a combination of both or would it mostly promote slow twitch as it is doing more reps?
