I start this story back in 1970, when a young man migrated across the world from El Salvador to Sydney in search for a new life. Over the following decades he worked job after job doing hard labor. What is Teamwork?
Teamwork is not about making everyone feel good and slapping each other on the back. I used to think teamwork was about getting along with everyone, but there’s a somewhat selfish angle to it as well. Here goes:
