The combination of aerobic exercise and sub-caloric very-low-fat diets is superb at destroying as much muscle as fat. The result is women who carry very little muscle and very low bone density by the time that they no longer appear fat. Until then, they carry so little muscle that ANY fat appears to be too much.

Many of us men are no longer attracted to women who are built like pre-teens. There is no reason that every woman should aspire to that image.

Resistance exercise and high-fat, medium protein and low-carb diets raise strength, muscle volume and bone density. They also make pre-teens look like women again.
