As many of you already know, I have a Federal Court Case; Case #18–5775, Robert D. Rose Jr. v. Phil Roe, et al. pending in the Sixth Circuit court of Appeals, Cincinnati, Ohio (details linked below). The Court DENIED the government’s two requests for dismissal and ordered them to submit a brief by October 24, 2018, in order to keep the case moving forward. This case is against the Department of Veterans Affairs but I have included in it the CDC Guidelines, Oregon Opioid Laws & the TN Together Act as being unconstitutional as violations of the 5th & 14th Amendments. Based on numerous cases I have cited, I believe we have enough precedent for them to agree and forward the case to the Supreme Court.

I have offered to write a “complaint” for veterans & civilians willing to locate 25 others to file a class action. This complaint will include the same information regarding the state violations, laws & policies, which have been passed targeting civilians. NEEDED is a LEADER willing to do the legwork including finding 25 other people in his/her state, I am willing to help them write a Federal Complaint to be filed in your state. Additional duties for the leader are explained below.

Please keep in mind that I have spent over $5,000 (most from my go-fund-me-account — FedCivil Tort vs Mountian Home VAMC) on my case…
