Apologies are overrated.

I neither need nor want to hear an apology from Uber. What I would like to see is unequivocal, decisive action to fix the problem. If that requires firing all of their bad actors, then that’s what they should do.

I’m not holding my breath. Companies like Uber should probably just die like the dinosaurs they are.
