I Just Deleted 36000 Tweets

I never really understood Twitter. I see it as an extension of SMS messages, but it has all of the subtlety and dynamics of a disembodied head.

Facebook isn’t much better. I have no idea how they choose the content that appears on my page, many things don’t work like you would expect them to. I like the game engine and the occasional recipes that get tossed onto my feed, but beyond that, I don’t really see what the fuss is about (Facebook is apparently the internet for many people in the world, an idea that I find terrifying).

Instagram? Meh.

Go have coffee with someone. Face to face socialization, now there’s a concept.
