I’m not quite sure what point you’re trying to make here. It sounds like a thinly veiled swipe at the right’s so-called acceptance of misogyny. Keep in mind that we’re talking about very extreme groups like the alt-right, groups that are not representative of mainstream conservatism.
Moderate conservatives find Milo mostly amusing, though they agree with some of his core ideas. The alt-right aren’t really on board either; they’ve co-opted him to promote their racist agenda, and so the press have branded him a White Supremacist and many other things that he actually isn’t.
Milo is Newt Gingrich in a clown suit, and that’s all he is. Everyone takes him far too seriously (though I find him supremely entertaining. I especially appreciate his ability to tweak the far left, though that’s not especially hard to do).
