The limitation you mention isn’t just javascript it is a limitation of a system with 2 base types (0 and 1) ie computers. Languages that have this same limitation:
ABAP, Ada, APL, C, Clojure, Common Lisp, C++, C#, D, Dart, Delphi XE5, Elixir, Elm, Emacs Lisp, Erlang, FORTRAN, Haskell, Go, Java, JavaScript, Julia, Lua, Objective-C, OCaml, PHP (it just hides it), Prolog, Pyret, R, Racket, Ruby, Rust, scala, Swift, Turbo Pascal, Vala, zsh, and obviously the best for last: Matlab and Python

So I believe your initial line should read:
