Trump isn’t popular in Eastern Canada because it has a long history of resisting American influence and tolerance. Go out west to Klanberta and you’ll find it’s pretty much like 1950’s Mississippi. It’s a province of racist, sexist, homophobic Christian fundamentalists. Trump is very popular out there.
