I have considered these hazards in employment today cause employers figure they can work you hard and you will do the work cause you have bills to pay and in most cases have a family to take care of so, you do your job and most who want to keep their will make extra effort to impress employers to keep them. It is incidents like these that concern me at age 49 and not in particularly good shape, will I be a statistic? I been unemployed longer than I really want to mention. I used to work in the home care field for 10 yrs divided between to different companies. Although this work has some physical challenges which could easily overcome the real problems I faced was more bout stress.
