Do you know your WHY — the reason you do what you do every day?

What motivates you?

Does your why make you sing or sigh?

If you’re sighing, why do you continue?

Because it’s all I CAN do, you might say.

It’s what I have to do.

It’s what I know how to do.

It’s what’s expected of me.

Let me be blunt. Time is of the essence.

What if you die tonight?

Will you have regrets as you take your final breath?

To be sure — I will have regrets, but it won’t be about my why.

I had to take a strategic, purposeful leap of faith when I realized my why was for the wrong reasons and my excuses outweighed the reasons.

As a career educator, I was trained that my purpose is to teach others how, but the truth is, starting with why leads to so much more.

Do you want to sing or sigh?

Why does why matter? Simon Sinek explains as he shares his own story…
