A friend of mine brought up an interesting discussion regarding the communication of apps with their users in his agency:
Should Apps (here: especially Bots) try to imitate Human Behavior or stay straight functional and neutral? (e.g. “Sorry, I didn’t understand that “ -> Bots aren’t sorry — the request just didn’t deliver results)
What do you guys think? Bots, imitating human behavior, feelings, humor or emotions, or functional tools replying with results an no “small talk”?
