Hi Jeremy — thanks for the tip. Just curious to why you chose helpshift. I checked them out and see that the only thing they can provide that we have a hard time building is the online ticketing system. Is this why you chose them, and what has been the biggest asset for you using them? Thanks again for answering and helping out us semi-pros. ☺And again keep up the good work on the blog.
