I bet you really enjoyed those years building your businesses, when nobody saw you yet, prior to being thirty. Could it also be that we are too focused on quick successes, because we have an over simplified idea of what success really is? I see it all around me. Congratulations is only said when money is raised, when there is press, when you have not one, but two foosball tables. Perhaps if we celebrate success as a result of actually putting in the energy and hard work to do something we love, then people won’t be fixated as much on reaching these landmarks, but will really enjoy the ride. Lebron most def enjoyed shooting hoops alone in they gym at age 13.
