One of the most fundamental problems in writing is the assumption that others can take your words and understand your concepts from them. As I read this article, some concepts are easily understandable, but the most important ones are delivered in unsupported platitudes. Please go sit down with someone who is not exactly on your same wavelength and rewrite this so that person can understand it. It may end up more lengthy, but probably more understandable. When the reader responds with “Ah, I see,” instead of “What? Explain that again, not using jargon,” then you've accomplished something.
