The Easiest Way To Start Losing Weight With Green Smoothies
What if I told you there was a REALLY easy way that you can lose weight by only changing one little thing about yourself? Would you think that I was making this stuff up? Well, I’m here to tell you that you really can do something that only takes 5–10 min a day to do. What is this magical hack that I am talking about?
Making a Green Smoothie…
That’s right, just by eating more green smoothies you can drastically increase your health tremendously and its as easy as pie, literally. Green Smoothies are chalked full of nutrition and nutrients that not only taste good when mixed together but they are also the building blocks of any effective diet or weight loss plan. Almost everyone who I work with tells me that adding green smoothies into their daily life has completely changed the way they both LOOK and FEEL.
I can completely understand this and it doesn’t surprise me as I was once in that exact same boat. Green smoothies were my gateway into a healthier lifestyle and way of living. What’s in a Green Smoothie?
Let’s take a second and look at an example of a green smoothie that I had this morning.
My Blueberry Green Smoothie
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
Take a second to look at all the good stuff thats in this great tasting green smoothie. Now I want you to picture yourself eating all that over the course of a day or a meal as if each ingredient was separate from itself. If you are like me you are probably thinking thats horrendously disgusting, and it is BUT if you mix it all together in a smoothie it tastes AMAZING. This is the game changer, whoever invented green smoothies was literally a genius.
This is the Power of Green Smoothies
You are getting amazing nutrition, it tastes good, and whats best of all, its the easiest thing in the world to make. You don’t have to dirty a lot of dishes and you don’t need to spend a lot of time prepping your food ether. All you need to do is toss it all in a blender and you are good to go!
The number one way you can increase your health, nutrition, and to lose weight in the easiest way possible is to start eating green smoothies. Even if you just started having 2–3 green smoothies a week you will be tremendous increasing your health. Try having one everyday and you will be flying!
Can Green Smoothies Be Bad For You?
I get this question asked a lot by clients I work with and to answer it honestly it all depends. I know a lot of people throw garbage into their green smoothies and like to think they are eating healthy but over here we do things all natural, and if you follow me you will get results from doing so. You get results by doing things right, no cheating.
As long as you keep your green smoothies free of dairy, and processed sugars, for the most part you should be fine. Remember, you should be using plant based foods with maybe some nuts of seeds to add a little bit of extra healthy fats and protein to your smoothie, especially if your are vegan. If you regularly drink cows milk regularly, try almond or coconut milk instead.
Now you probably have a general idea of what a green smoothie is now and this is what I used to dramatically increase my health when I first started my journey towards better health just a few years ago. There is a lot more to it though and in the next post I’m going to show you how you can make the perfect green smoothie.
