Was Nazi Germany fascist? That is an interesting question. The economy in Germany was improving before Hitler was elected.
Since what I now call the Great European catastrophe (World War ) and the complete defeat of Germany, Germany has addressed the problem of preventing a totalitarian government arising. And incidentally the UK imposed the system of worker representation on the boards of corporations which we still do not have in the UK of GB & NI (UK). Its electoral law is different from both that in the country I live in and the USA.
I was born during the time of the last few weeks of the Spanish Civil War and that war led to fascist government in Spain. During the Great European Catastrophe period I lived in London and I was educated by my late parents about Spain, Vichy, Germany and the bombing and ballistic missile attacks we were subject to.
Would Steve Bannon sue if you described him as fascist? Is Donald Trump a dictator?
