WOWing your customers

I can personally vouch for their customer service. I’ve always been happy with Pixelgrade :)

Saying that, customer service for online services is not an easy job. Customers these day can be pretty damn demanding and due to the fact we all contact via forms and email, I know some requests can be short, rude and at times over-demanding.

Good support is a two way street and we (customers) have got to learn that too.
