Good stuff! I, too, have been scheduling my days like this and have found it very effective.
I like the idea of marking DONE for each task. That will make sure I keep checking the schedule and don’t get too far behind. I do find that setting alarms keeps me on track as well.
I love combining this way of scheduling your tasks with the GTD (Getting Things Done) way of keeping todo lists.
And THEN you add in the Pomodoro technique for staying focused and you’ll be pretty unstoppable. :)
