I enjoyed reading this and believe I can offer some help.
The first question is why is this a problem? Is it taking away from other activities that you’d rather be doing? If so what are those other activities that you’d rather spend your time on? Write them down.
Next, rank them from least to most important. Take that most important one and ask yourself these questions:
What is your goal with this activity?
What daily or regular routine would you need to do to get there?
What might get in the way from reaching this goal
And most importantly…
Why do you want to achieve this goal?
This will give you a roadmap on how to utilize your time towards something that may add more value to your life than watching all of these TV shows.
