1. When do we get the rewards after the ranking is finalized?
- Prizes for Ambassadors will be distributed after the ranking is finalized and verified carefully, which may take a while, but all information will appear on our social media, so stay tuned
2. How to correctly fill out the form?
- To correctly fill out the form, visit https://ambassadors.robohero.io/, scroll down, and click “Apply.” Then fill out the form, adding LINKS to your social media accounts and your Ethereum wallet address for rewards.
3. Why don’t I have any points?
- If you don’t have any points yet, it may be because your account is still being created or the leaderboard is being updated. This process can take up to a day, but even if your account is still being created, your points are still counted towards the leaderboard.
4. Why haven’t I been added to Discord yet?
- The process of adding to Discord can also take some time. If you haven’t been added after a while, please contact us on Discord at https://discord.com/invite/hAmY36DXdd.
5. How do I earn points?
- You can earn points in two ways:
Ambassadors: Like (5 points per post), share (10 points), and comment (12 points) on RoboHero’s Twitter posts. Add Tweets where you tag @RoboHero_io. If your post gets 3 or more likes, you’ll receive points according to a specific formula.
Leaders: Earn rewards by inviting others. To be a Leader, convince others to join the Ambassador Program and name you as their referrer.
6. How does the ambassador program work?
— The Ambassador Program rewards both active Ambassadors, who engage with the community, and Leaders, who successfully invite new participants to the program.
7. How often is the leaderboard updated?
- The data is updated twice a day, taking into account participants’ social media activity.
8. Why are there two leaderboards?
- There are two leaderboards for two categories of participants: Ambassadors and Leaders. Each has separate rewards and competitions.
9. What’s the difference between a leader and an ambassador?
Ambassador: They are the most active community members, earning points for interactions on Twitter.
Leader: They collect rewards by attracting new participants to the program and tagging them as their referrers.
10. How do leaders earn points in the ambassador program?
-Leaders receive points only for invited individuals who have earned at least one point.
11. Which interactions are considered in the ambassador program?
-Only interactions with posts added by RoboHero after the start of the ambassador program count — you won’t get points for liking a post from 2 months ago.
12. What should I do if I can’t log in to the ambassador program?
- If you can’t log in, make sure you’re connecting the correct wallet. If it still doesn’t work, try another browser.

- Enter your EVM address and Terra Wallet address
3. I did not provide my EVM address, but I want to recover the tokens
- Information about this was visible on our social media for 9 months, at this point it is no longer possible to get the tokens back if you did not complete the tasks on time
