Almost half of our everyday behaviors are habits. They define us and shape the way we live our lives. We are our habits, which means that for you to have a good life you need to have good habits.

But change is not easy. It’s much easier to keep on going than it’s to stop. Building the greatest version of yourself takes time. Changing one’s behaviors is one of the hardest things to do in life but…
