I struggled with this in a startup incubator I was working for previously, and boy, am I glad that I mustered the courage to bail. It was a pithole of darkness, every day was a dread. Now, even with all the different challenges doing my startup, plus the uncertainty of freelance jobs to make ends meet, I must say that it’s a humbling experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything else.
