Great piece, well-written. I am also tired of people writing about shortcuts to living a good life. I think they got off track while trying to inform others about things they might not have realized or given enough consideration to. But then, finding one’s own path is more difficult because it involves effort and thought, taking time away from messing about. I can’t help but wonder that if there were such a thing as a ‘walk-through’ for life, how many people would take advantage of it. Wait…isn’t that what the Bible and other such books purport to be?
