Post holes should be dug to support the posts. Set the posts at the proper depth in the hole. The hole is filled with concrete so that it stops about 4 inches short of the ground level. This process is repeated for each post. The panels are lined up and installed one by one. After attaching the brackets with screws, the top bracket is attached first, followed by the bottom bracket. You may hang the gates soon after the installation or some people may wait for a week to do so. Ensure the gate is attached using the hinges and latches that come with the gate. Learn more.
