I like the, “FYI only — no need to action or even read if you’re busy.” & “Ask one person to do one person’s job.” I learned this lesson years ago when I would cc my boss on everything. Use cc & bcc wisely is good advice. BTW, thanks in part to your inspiration, my team is launching our incredibly revolutionary app next week (the next Google :).
