It’s Holy Week for Jews and Christians throughout the world. It’s a good time to reflect on God’s love and to unify our minds, hearts, and souls to quiet the madness and conflicts we experience within ourselves and one another. Though God already has professed his love for us, it is time to become whole within ourselves and forgive ourselves for our wrongdoings. Like our earthly parents who know when we’ve done wrong, God already knows. We need only to ask his forgiveness, and then, forgive ourselves so we can rest in the peace and comfort of his love.
