I agree. I think writers block is a load of nonsense. The trick is to get to work. As Chock Close sai “Inspiration is for amateurs.” Mostly I simply sit down and write, but if it is slow going I write the parts that are clear in my mind and fill the gaps later. If that doesn’t work then I make my characters do the work – make them talk to each other, throw things at them, sooner or later they will start telling you the story.
