Tell the White House to Use Facts and Information from Valid and Reliable Sources in All Future Endeavors
Put a stop to “alternative facts.”
I’m so tired of this.
So much misinformation from the White House…
- The Counselor to the President lied about the “Bowling Green Massacre” that never happened.
- The President insisting that he “won the popular vote by millions” without proof and also claiming that there was voter fraud without any evidence.
- The White House Press Secretary claiming that Trump’s inauguration was “the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period” without any data (the inauguration photos show otherwise).
These are just some of the “alternative facts” coming from the White House, and it’s unacceptable.
It’s something that should alarm everyone, no matter where people are on the political spectrum. We should expect a certain level of honesty, reliability, and validity with the information that comes from the government. Our society already has a lot of distrust in the government and its system, and “alternative facts” doesn’t help the problem.
“Alternative facts” are lies and falsehoods.
We need to tell the federal government that we expect reliable and valid information coming from their mouths, not “alternative facts.”
