Our customers should feel like royalty and always appreciated.
Our belief is that customer service is not only answering customer questions, but also making sure the entire search and booking experience is as seamless as possible. This includes choosing the right travel agency, the right airports, the quality of the airlines and duration of flights. Exceptional customer service is the total sum of many factors. The objective is to always provide first class service.
I admire the customer service and company culture of Zappos, and I would like to do something at the same level for travel search.
