Nice post Sebastian, I’m studying a lot of flow and have done some internal meetings on this issue here with the product team. But this flow perspective as a framework for product makes sense. Today we use DAU over MAU to measure the effectiveness of some features of our system, and other types of analysis as NPS to measure engagement. I will begin testing the flow. tks
