Deadlift 6RM: 170KG (Due to 2 weeks without DL because of some back pain it was not very high but at least it was very easy!)
Deadlift 5x3 (85% of 6RM): 150KG


Back Squat 5x6: 110KG (Not hard but enough for that day)


Rest due to Week 7
Leg Extension 3x16: 52KG
