You’re creating a narrative separating HAMAS from Palestinians that doesn’t align with reality.

Palestinians elected HAMAS. Elections have consequences. Absolving the Palestinians on electing HAMAS when HAMAS’s stated goal was the destruction of Israel makes no sense. The are NOT innocent on this!

Palestinians knew HAMAS was building tunnels under hospitals and now the UNRWA headquarters. That is obvious today. Yet the Palestinians make statements like - we didn’t know. The conclusion can only be one of two choices 1. They are blindly stupid or 2. Implicitly supporting HAMAS.

Palestinians are not capable of creating a government that is peaceful. Let alone not a Muslim based theocracy. As a gay person, the only way I can visit a Muslim country is to not be gay! I could never go with my husband. Palestinians have elected the PLA and HAMAS as their governments. 20% of the Israeli population is Palestinian Muslims. I don’t hear them calling for an end to the war. Why? They don’t want the Palestinians to govern themselves. The Israeli government is not perfect. It’s a whole lot better than and government of any Muslim country.

You mislead at best and purposely make up a narrative at worst.

Does every aggrieved population in the world deserve their own state? Seriously, think about what you’re saying. How about Sunnis under a Shia government and vice versa. How about Christians or Jews living under a Muslim government? How about LGBTQ people living under a Muslim government?

Let’s s be real here. The Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank if they could get over that they are not the might in the area, would thrive under the Israeli government. The Israelis have one of the highest per capita income in the world.

The Palestinians are victims of their own choices from the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. The west took over, Jews moved in. Created a democratic government. The Israeli state is better than any Muslim government!
