Great article and thank you for the work it took to put it all together. I “farm” or garden on small city lot. While some will be able to monetize I fear most won’t. Salads and kale are not the future of food but they are the entry for the urban entrepenuer. Some will be successful and that is great. Yet, I really don’t think that should be the point. Most fruits and vegetables can be grown without need of corporate monoculture systems. Moving away from that culture would be incredibly good. That should be the goal.
