Thoughts about (sketching) practice
Eva-Lotta Lamm

Fantastic, Eva-Lotta. The growth in my own life and work has all come back to the practice. The things I spend time practicing are the things that improve, no question.

It’s fun to see how you’ve mapped out that learning curve, especially rock bottom (2) because like you, I always go through that! It’s interesting that once you have named the process, you can think this way:

“OK, should be hitting rock bottom any moment now, but hey, that’s the way it goes—I’ll be through it soon. Hang on!”

Knowing that it’s part of the process just comforts you to relax and push through the depths on the way upward. :-)

Thank you!
