Those are good points JT, but it becomes a morality call based on your personal lens and bias. I’m not saying he is wrong for standing up for himself in the case of post 9/11 bullying, but it is still assault. And for me that is what this show is, do you want to see his history as criminal or wipe it away as youthful indiscretions? Do you want to take the fact that, as far as we know, he doesn’t know what happened that night as innocence or do you see the evidence and say he is more than likely guilty?

Your personal view will color the information presented. I hope he didn’t kill that girl but I don’t see him as an innocent person.
